Tips for Winning the Weekly Quilters Tips Contest

If you have a great quilting tip you would like to share with the Quilters Tips community, and you would like to have a chance at winning the weekly prize, here's some advice to give you the best
shot at winning.

1. The winning tip is determined by total points. So, the more votes that are cast for your tip, the better.  Even if not everyone likes your tip, any rating will go towards the final score.

2. Because it is a total points system, the earlier in the week you post your tip, the better.  When someone rates tips, they will be shown the next tip to rate that one as well.  So, if you submit your tip earlier in the week, you will have more people rating your tip.

3. Have your friends visit QuiltersTips.com to rate your tip.  After each tip, there is a link that allows you to send the tip as an eCard.  If you click on this, a link will be sent to your friends so they can look at your tip and give it the rating it deserves.
